Spearheaded product demos, client training, and deployments growing the client base from 4 to 20 and ensuring effective adoption.


The Problem

The products had faced limited reach and low engagement issues, thus leading to slow product growth.


Key Actions

  • Led the process to simplify deployment processes by creating a deployment requirements document and working with developers to automate some of the processes.

  • Designed and delivered tailored training sessions post-deployment to ensure seamless adoption and usability.

  • Developed a schedule to conduct follow-ups with clients post-deployment, and offer any needed support.

  • Presented product demos to over 20 clients, showcasing key features and benefits.

  • Collaborated with existing clients to identify areas of improvement in the User Experience.

  • Worked with the software development team to optimize the user experience based on clients' feedback.


Results

  • Grew client base from 4 to 20, each bringing at least 10 active users.

  • Increased the engagement rate from 10 monthly active users to 30+ users.
