Led initiatives to scale a digital platform aimed at providing youth with access to health resources and services, addressing access barriers, and extending reach to underserved communities.

  • Conducted usability testing to identify any pain points in the product's user journey.

  • Worked with developers to enhance optimize the product performance, upgrade backend systems to support more users, incorporate feedback mechanisms, and improve existing features.

  • Worked with our partners and internal team to identify the right metrics to track and incorporated them.

  • Collaborated with the service design team to reach out to health providers who would support with access to health services for the young people.

  • Worked with the marketing and content team to design targeted digital marketing campaigns to attract youth, focusing on relatable and engaging content.

  • Tracked product engagement rate and provided the internal team with a report indicating the product usage on a weekly basis.


Results

  • Increased user base, from 25,000 users to over 40,000 users.

  • Broader coverage from urban areas to rural communities, with 30% of new users coming from underserved regions.

  • Increased number of health providers supporting with the health service linkage to young people.
